American Prayer - Dave Stewart

This is my American Prayer
This is my American Prayer

This is the time to finish what you started
And this is no time to dream
This is the room
We can turn off the dark tonight
Maybe then we might see

American Prayer
American Prayer

And this is the ground
That keeps our feet from getting wet
And this is the sky over our head
And what you see depends on where you stand
And how you jump will tell you where you're gonna land

American Prayer
American Prayer

My oh my
Couldn't get much higher
Lets not kick out the darkness
Make the light brighter

And these are the hands
What are we gonna build with them?
This is the church you can't see
Give me your tired, your poor and huddled masses
You know they're yearning to breathe free
This is my American Prayer
American Prayer
American Prayer

When you get to the top of the mountain
Will you tell me what you see
If you get to the top of the mountain
Remember me

Susan Boyle - Singer - Britains Got Talent 2009 (With Lyrics)

47 Year old Susan Boyle wows the judges with her performance in the auditions for Britains Got Talent, singing I dreamed a dream from Les Miserables.

Here are the Lyrics(Thanks to NewHotdox) -

I dreamed a dream in time gone by
When hope was high
And life worth living
I dreamed that love would never die
I dreamed that God would be forgiving.

Then I was young and unafraid
And dreams were made and used
And wasted
There was no ransom to be paid
No song unsung
No wine untasted.

But the tigers come at night
With their voices soft as thunder
As they tear your hope apart
As they turn your dream to shame.

And still
I dream he'll come to me
That we will live the years together
But there are dreams that cannot be
And there are storms
We cannot weather...

I had a dream my life would be
So different form this hell I'm living
so different now from what it seemed
Now life has killed
The dream I dreamed.

Regeneration of cells - CBS Cutting Edge

News segment highlighting cell regeneration and the future of growing organs from the body's own cells. A medical break though.

The Naturalist and the Eagle http://www.makeadifference.com

... from a Return To Love, Marianne Williamson so eloquently states: "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our Light, not our Darkness that most frightens us." We are all eagles. Once we have flown, we can never go back to live like a chicken. It is not a delusion to think we can fly; it is a delusion to think we can't. Manage your fear of greatness and then ... stretch forth your wings and fly toward the dreams that are awaiting you.

Eagle Parable written by James Aggrey in the early 1920's:

Once a man found a young eagle in a forest and took it home and put it in his barnyard. The eagle ate the chicken feed and behaved just as chickens do. One day a naturalist friend noticed it and asked the owner why the eagle, king of all birds, confined with the chickens, "Since I have given chicken feed and trained it to be a chicken, it has never learned to fly," answered the man.

"Still," insisted the naturalist, "it has heart of an eagle and certainly it can be taught to fly."

The two agreed to find out whether it was possible. The naturalist took the eagle and said "You belong to the sky and not the earth. Stretch forth your wings and fly". The eagle was confused and refused to make an attempt. The second day the naturalist took the eagle to the roof and urged the eagle again. But the eagle was afraid and jumped down for the chicken feed. On the third day the naturalist took it to the top of a mountain. He held the eagle high above him and said. "You are an eagle. You belong to the sky as well as the earth. Stretch forth your wings and fly."

The eagle slowly looked around, up to the sky and down to the barnyard. The naturalist lifted him further up, and the eagle started trembling, slowly he stretched his wings and with a triumphant cry, he soared away into the heavens.

Jennifer Hudson - If This Isn't Love

This is for my Tark
++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

I’m calling his phone up
Just to tell him how much
I really love him ‘cause
His everything I want
He listens to me, he cares for me
So I truly believe

God sent me an angel
Up from above
That’s gonna love me for life
Might as well be perfect only because
It’s the only way I can describe, so

It this isn’t love, tell me what it is
‘Cause I could be dreaming or just plain crazy
It this isn’t love, tell me what it is
‘Cause I never felt like this baby
If this isn’t love

L-O-V-E, what is in me
L-O-V-E, oh if this isn’t love
L-O-V-E, what is in me
L-O-V-E, oh if this isn’t love

I’m selfish ‘cause I don’t
Wanna share him with nobody
Not even knows
People that came before me
But see, I never believed

God would send me an angel
Up from above
That’s gonna love me for life
Might as well be perfect only because
It’s the only way I can describe, so

It this isn’t love, tell me what it is
‘Cause I could be dreaming or just plain crazy
It this isn’t love, tell me what it is
‘Cause I never felt like this baby
If this isn’t love

L-O-V-E, what is in me
L-O-V-E, oh if this isn’t love
L-O-V-E, what is in me
L-O-V-E, oh

So if you got real love
Lemme see you put your hands up
See you put your hands up
The kind of love that fits quite like a drug
Lemme see you put your hands up
See you put your hands up
If this isn’t love
‘Cause I know I ain’t crazy
I know I ain’t tripping
I know I ain’t slipping
I know that is love
You see me with my hands up
If you think I’m dreaming
I know I ain’t dreaming
‘Cause this is the reason I love him because
If this isn’t love

It this isn’t love, tell me what it is
‘Cause I could be dreaming or just plain crazy
It this isn’t love, tell me what it is
‘Cause I never felt like this baby

L-O-V-E, what is in me
L-O-V-E, oh if this isn’t love
L-O-V-E, what is in me
L-O-V-E, oh if this isn’t love

Love, L-O-V-E
Love, L-O-V-E

Always Blessings. . .Never Losses

Is this just another day for you to complain?
Or is this a day for you to be grateful for all you’ve gained
Is this the day you lose faith giving into fear and pain
Or are you thankful for the strength to face another day?
You can change your life by the way you think and feel inside,
Mmmmmm LOOK FOR THE MIRACLES.

Chorus:
ALWAYS BLESSINGS
See the best and not the worst
NEVER LOSSES
Even when you really hurt
Life your face up to the sky and though it may be in disguise
It’s ALWAYS BLESSINGS

verse2:
Is this just another day of being sad and locked away
Or is this a day for you to learn to laugh right through the rain?
Count the moments and not the cost,
See what was found—not what was lost.
Faith and Hope go hand in hand, I pray today you’ll understand
You can change your life, just open up your eyes
. . .to the MIRACLES. ..SEE THE MIRACLES

Project Family Room

The Gift-Economy House of Kelowna- Project Family Room

"Once in a while you are given an incredible opportunity to really make a difference in one family's life," said a group of volunteers in a small Canadian town of Kelowna. Just like a popular reality TV show, their idea was to demolish and then rebuild a new house -- yes, a whole new house! -- for an amazing family of nine in their community. There was only one caveat: it was 100% community funded! That's right. 45 contractors, hundreds of volunteers, and a whole lot of love. Watch the news clip about the demolition and the follow-up video of what happened on Dec 11, when the family actually moved in!

Manifest perfect love and sex, become a perfect lover by Mabel Iam

Sexual desire is one of the most powerful forces in our lives. When repressed or expressed inappropriately, it can create problems-but when celebrated in a loving relationship, it can take you to the heights of sexual ecstasy and emotional fulfillment.

Karmic Relationships: Finding the Balance Within

All the different types of relationships give us the opportunity for personal development.

The suggestion of Karma in a relationship is not a pleasurable thought, no matter how it is manifesting in one's life; but powerful relationships, whether good or bad, almost certainly have a Karmic underlay to them.

In a Karmic relationship, the lessons that we have to learn from each other can be as varied as life itself. One may be certain however, that the lesson will be deep, personal and will demand inner strength.

When we experience the Karma involved in a relationship, we tend to find ourselves feeling without control over the circumstances and events, and at a loss of how to act and react to those situations. It is our belief, that while all Soulmate connections are Karmic, but not all Karmic relationships involve Soulmates.

As a general rule, the Karmic model is only completely understood with clarity, AFTER the lesson is learned. Karmic relationships are valuable gifts that can facilitate us on our spiritual journey. This can only occur however, if we're ready to let go of the Ego.

So don't dread that all Karmic love relationships have to be demanding and complicated. As we choose to be more mindful, we can transform negative patterns by choosing more conscious and loving behaviors.

We can convert Karma into Dharma though the alchemy of our desires into our Intentions.

Humanity Healing is sharing a series of free classes and workshops on Karmic and other types of Soul Relationships.

Come Together

I created this video to bring us together. I used purple. Alexandra reminded me about the color. Purple is the color of good judgment. It is the color of people seeking spiritual fulfillment. It is said if you surround yourself with purple you will have peace of mind. Purple is a good color to use in meditation.

Purple has been used to symbolize magic and mystery, as well as royalty. Being the combination of red and blue, the warmest and coolest colors, purple is believed to be the ideal color. Most children love the color purple. Purple is the color most favored by artists. Thursday's color is purple.

++++++++++++++++++++++
Here are the words to the song:

Come together for a balancing of our lives
Come together we can more than simply survive
When the marriage ends long lost friends
And kids that are often confused
Invite your soul to take control
And taste what a family can do

Come together for a balancing of our spirit
Come together we can close our eyes to reveal it
With the elements malcontents
And thoughts that are floating outside
Its time to smile and reconcile
The words that are easy to find

Mediate together we create
A place for us thats better than we started
Grow as one you lead I follow we run
We climb together stronger than we used to

Come together for a balancing of our hearts
Come together its a time for us to start
Let us all begin all join in
Learn to be people of peace
Walk together walkin our own road
In parallel unity

Come together its a powerful way of life
Come together eliminate the strife
If youre ready to start start right now
Slow down the pace and listen
Take my hand Im right beside you
Allow the bond to deepen

Christian the lion (Full Video) Great Quality

n 1969, two friends, Ace Berg and John Rendall, purchased and adopted a lion. At the time, Christian was a 35only pound cub. He had been born in a zoo. The friends raised Christian in their London home. All three became great friends!

Within a year, Christian grew too big, Rendall and Berg realized they couldn't keep him much longer. The two decided to release Chritian back ino the wild. Christian was realeased into a conservation system Africa.

In 1974, Rendall and Berg decided to visit Christian one last time despite a friend telling them that it was too dangerous because Christian might not even remember them.

The two friends flew to Kenya, anyway. When they finally arrived at the reservation, Christian showed up for a heartwrentching reunion! He even brought his mate to meet his friends!

I Love You --God

I got this off a teaching DVD from Joyce Meyer Ministries. There was no warning about piracy and the DVD was not encrypted, so I think that this is a message that Joyce Meyer Ministries would want anybody to hear, even on YouTube. The first time I saw it, I imagined God was saying these words directly to me, and tears streamed down my face as I let it sink in. It still gives me goosebumps every time I watch it.

Thank You

What if in morning when I wake up
Even before I fill my coffee cup
I said thank You
Thank You

What if I look at the day and the hours ahead
And before I move forward I bowed my head
And said thank You
Oh I said thank You

What if I looked at my life in a different way
Took a little more time to stop and pray
I know it would change all the moments in between
So here I go

Thank You for everything
Thank You for loving me
It don?t even matter what tomorrow brings
Well I will sing my

Thank You for sun and rain
For what You give and take away
For all Your goodness I will always say
Thank You
Oh I?ll say thank You

What if I lost everything that I had
I could smile and somehow still be glad
And say thank You
Thank you

?Cause life is joy, life is pain
But the prayer on my heart will never change
I say thank You
Oh I?ll say thank You

A Different Christmas Poem

The embers glowed softly, and in their dim light,
I gazed round the room and I cherished the sight.
My wife was asleep, her head on my chest,
My daughter beside me, angelic in rest.
Outside the snow fell, a blanket of white,
Transforming the yard to a winter delight.

The sparkling lights in the tree I believe,
Completed the magic that was Christmas Eve.
My eyelids were heavy, my breathing was deep,
Secure and surrounded by love I would sleep.
In perfect contentment, or so it would seem,
So I slumbered, perhaps I started to dream.
The sound wasn't loud, and it wasn't too near,
But I opened my eyes when it tickled my ear.
Perhaps just a cough, I didn't quite know, Then the
sure sound of footsteps outside in the snow.
My soul gave a tremble, I struggled to hear,
And I crept to the door just to see who was near.

Standing out in the cold and the dark of the night,
A lone figure stood, his face weary and tight.
A soldier, I puzzled, some twenty years old,
Perhaps a Marine, huddled here in the cold.
Alone in the dark, he looked up and smiled,
Standing watch over me, and my wife and my child.

"What are you doing?" I asked without fear,
"Come in this moment, it's freezing out here!
Put down your pack, brush the snow from your sleeve,
You should be at home on a cold Christmas Eve!"
For barely a moment I saw his eyes shift,
Away from the cold and the snow blown in drifts…

To the window that danced with a warm fire's light
Then he sighed and he said, "Its really all right,
I'm out here by choice. I'm here every night.
"It's my duty to stand at the front of the line,
That separates you from the darkest of times.

No one had to ask or beg or implore me,
I'm proud to stand here like my fathers before me.
My Gramps died at ' Pearl on a day in December,"
Then he sighed, "That's a Christmas 'Gram always remembers."
My dad stood his watch in the jungles of ' Nam ',
And now it is my turn and so, here I am.

I've not seen my own son in more than a while,
But my wife sends me pictures, he's sure got her smile.”
Then he bent and he carefully pulled from his bag,
The red, white, and blue... an American flag.
“I can live through the cold and the being alone,
Away from my family, my house and my home.

I can stand at my post through the rain and the sleet,
I can sleep in a foxhole with little to eat.
I can carry the weight of killing another,
Or lay down my life with my sister and brother..
Who stand at the front against any and all,
To ensure for all time that this flag will not fall."

"So go back inside," he said, "harbor no fright,
Your family is waiting and I'll be all right."
"But isn't there something I can do, at the least,
"Give you money," I asked, "or prepare you a feast?
It seems all too little for all that you've done,
For being away from your wife and your son."

Then his eye welled a tear that held no regret,
"Just tell us you love us, and never forget.
To fight for our rights back at home while we're gone,
To stand your own watch, no matter how long.
For when we come home, either standing or dead,
To know you remember we fought and we bled.
Is payment enough, and with that we will trust,
That we mattered to you as you mattered to us."

****************************************

PLEASE, would you do me the kind favor of sending this to as many people as you can? Christmas will be coming soon and some credit is due to our U.S service men and women for our being able to celebrate these festivities. Let's try in this small way to pay a tiny bit of what we owe. Make people stop and think of our heroes, living and dead, who sacrificed themselves for us.

I Believe I Can Fly

I used to think that I could not go on
And life was nothing but an awful song
But now I know the meaning of true love
I'm leaning on the everlasting arms

If I can see it, then I can do it
If I just believe it, there's nothing to it

I believe I can fly
I believe I can touch the sky
I think about it every night and day
Spread my wings and fly away
I believe I can soar
I see me running through that open door
I believe I can fly
I believe I can fly
I believe I can fly

See I was on the verge of breaking down
Sometimes silence can seem so loud
There are miracles in life I must achieve
But first I know it starts inside of me, oh

If I can see it, then I can be it
If I just believe it, there's nothing to it

Hey, cuz I believe in me, oh

If I can see it, then I can do it
If I just believe it, there's nothign to it

Hey, if I just spread my wings
I can fly
I can fly
I can fly, hey
If I just spread my wings
I can fly
Fly-eye-eye

The Journey Of A Dog

When you bring a dog into your life, you begin a journey - a journey that will bring you more love and devotion than you have ever known, yet also test your strength and courage.

If you allow, the journey will teach you many things, about life, about yourself, and most of all, about love. You will come away changed forever, for one soul cannot touch another without leaving its mark.

Along the way, you will learn much about savoring life's simple pleasures - jumping in leaves, snoozing in the sun, the joy of puddles, and even the satisfaction of a good scratch behind the ears.

If you spend much time outside, you will be taught how to truly experience every element, for no rock, leaf or log will go unexamined, and no rustling bush will be overlooked. Your pace may be slower - except when heading home to the food dish - but you will become a better naturalist, having been taught by an expert in the field.

Too many times we hike on automatic pilot, our goal being to complete the trail rather than enjoy the journey. We miss the details - the colorful mushrooms on the rotting log, the honeycomb in the old maple snag, the hawk feather caught on a twig. Once we walk as a dog does, we discover a whole new world. We stop; we browse the landscape; we kick over leaves, peek in tree holes, look up, down, all around. And we learn what any dog knows: that nature has created a marvelously complex world that is full of surprises, that each cycle of the seasons brings ever-changing wonders, each day an essence all its own.

Even from indoors you will find yourself more attuned to the world around you. You will stop to observe the swirling dance of windblown leaves, or sniff the air after a rain. It does not matter that there is no objective in this; the point is in the doing, in not letting life's most important details slip by.

You will find yourself doing silly things that your pet-less friends might not understand: spending thirty minutes in the grocery aisle looking for the perfect doggie birthday treats, or driving around the block an extra time because your dog enjoys the ride. You will roll in the snow, wrestle with chewie toys, and bounce rubber balls till your eyes cross - all in the name of love.

Your house will become muddier and hairier. You will buy more lint rollers. You may find dog biscuits in your pocket or purse and find the need to explain. You will learn the true measure of love - the steadfast, undying kind that says, 'It doesn't matter where we are or what we do, or how life treats us as long as we are together.' Respect this always. It is the most precious gift any living soul can give another. You will not find it often among the human race.

And you will learn humility. If you pay attention and learn well, when the journey is done, you will not be just a better person, but the person your pet always knew you to be - the one they were proud to call beloved friend.

I must caution you that this journey is not without pain. Like all paths of true love, the pain is part of loving. For as surely as the sun sets, one day your dear companion will follow a path you cannot yet go down. And you will have to find the strength and love to let them go. A pet's time on earth is far too short - especially for those that love them. We borrow them, really, just for awhile, and during those brief years they are generous enough to give us all of their love - every inch of their spirit and heart, until one day there is nothing left.

The dog that only yesterday was a pup is all too soon old and frail. The youth with boundless energy wakes up stiff and lame, the muzzle now gray. Deep down we somehow always knew this journey would end. We knew that if we gave our hearts they would be broken. But give them we must for it is all they ask in return. When the time comes, and the road curves ahead to a place we cannot see, we give one final gift and let them run on ahead - young and whole once more.

'Godspeed, good friend,' we say, until our journey comes full circle and our paths cross.

The Federal Reserve is Engineering the Economic Collapse

o most Americans, the Federal Reserve is just another name on their dollar bill. They don't know that this secretive private bank controls America's entire economic system. The Federal Reserve is no more federal than Federal Express. Created with no constitutional authority in 1913, the Fed prints money out of thin air and loans it to the U.S. treasury at interest. This can only lead to one outcome: debt. Currently, the Federal Reserve is printing billions of dollars to bail out Wall Street while destroying the middle class and the dollar. If our country wants a sound and transparent monetary system, we need to abolish the Federal Reserve and bring the power back to the American people.

Gratefulness

Words of Wisdom From Andy Rooney

They're written by Andy Rooney , a man who has the gift of saying so much with so few words.

I've learned.... That the best classroom in the world is at the feet of an elderly person.

I've learned.... That when you're in love, it shows.

I've learned.... That just one person saying to me, 'You've made my day!' makes my day.

I've learned.... That having a child fall asleep in your arms is one of the most peaceful feelings in the world.

I've learned.... That being kind is more important than being right.

I've learned.... That you should never say no to a gift from a child.

I've learned.... That I can always pray for someone when I don't have the strength to help him in some other way.

I've learned.... That no matter how serious your life requires you to be, everyone needs a friend to act goofy with.

I've learned.... That sometimes all a person needs is a hand to hold and a heart to understand.

I've learned.... That simple walks with my father around the block on summer nights when I was a child did wonders for me as an adult.

I've learned.... That life is like a roll of toilet paper. The closer it gets to the end, the faster it goes.

I've learned.... That we should be glad God doesn't give us everything we ask for.

I've learned.... That money doesn't buy class.

I've learned.... That it's those small daily happenings that make life so spectacular .

I've learned... That under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved.

I've learned.... That to ignore the facts does not change the facts.

I 've learned.... That when you plan to get even with someone, you are only letting that person continue to hurt you.

I've learned.... That love, not time, heals all wounds.

I've learned.... That the easiest way for me to grow as a person is to surround myself with people smarter than I am.

It's Only Life - Wilson Phillips

Hey, do you know what's going on
Do you?
Come on, play it!
Are you awake
Have you anything to say
Are you aware of what surrounds you
And all the times you tried to please everyone
Can you admit it doesn't matter?
Ooh there's never a dull moment in my life
And I don't mind the ride
Don't live a lifeless life
When you could be living it right
Don't be one to be led
It's a heavy world in my small world
Get up get out of bed
Ooh there's never a dull moment in my life
And I don't mind the ride

CHORUS:

Don't you know it's only life
It's only life
Taking you on a constant flight
Don't you know that it's only life
There is no wrong there could be no right
Whatever you're doing
However you're doing it
You'll be living your life
Yes it's only life
So there is no wrong, no right
Ooh it's a constant flight

Movin' on...
Are you awake
(I don't think I heard the answer)
Is there no one on the other line
No
It's a heavy world in my small world
But I'm feeling just fine
Ooh there's never a still moment in my life
And I don't mind the ride

CHORUS:
Life
Don't you know
It's only life
It's only life
I'm crying
I'm crying
Don't you know it's only life
Taking you on a constant flight
Don't you know that it's only life
There is no wrong there could be no right
Whatever you're doin'
However you're doing it
You'll be living your life
Don't you know it's only life

And everyone pushes to get by
We go here
We're going there
Somebody tell me why
Don't you know that it's only life
There is no wrong
There could be no right
Whatever you're doing
However you're doing
You'll be living your life
Don't you know it's only life
Don't you know it's only life...

We Can Be Kind

We Can Be Kind (From-Listen to My Heart) - Steve Amerson

So many things I can't control
So many hurts that happen everyday
So many heartaches that pierce the soul
So much pain that won't ever go away

How do we make it better?
How do we make it through?
What can we do
When there's nothing we can do?

We can be kind
We can take care of each other
We can remember that deep down inside
We all need the same things

And maybe we'll find
If we are there for each other
That together we'll weather
Whatever tomorrow may bring

Nobody really wants to fight
Nobody really wants to go to war
If everyone wants to make things right
What are we always fighting for?

Does nobody want to see it?
Does nobody understand?
The power to heal
Is right here in our hand

We can be kind
We can take care of each other
We can remember that deep down inside
We all need the same things

And maybe we'll find
If we are there for each other
That together we'll weather
Whatever tomorrow may bring

And it's not enough to talk about it
Not enough to sing a song
We must walk the walk about it
You and I, do or die, we've got to try to get along

We can be kind
We can take care of each other
We can remember that deep down inside
We all need the same things

And maybe we'll find
If we are there for each other
That together we'll weather
Whatever tomorrow may bring

And maybe we'll find
True peace of mind
If we always remember
We can be kind

Michael Bublé - You and I

Remember the one you love today. . .

Ways To Keep Memories Of Your Loved Ones Alive!

After Alexandra Barrett's father died, she wrote a beautiful that inspired me to share some of the things I did and still do to ease the pain and maintain the memories.

My father died when I was 13. He had 4 heart attacks by the time he died at 39. I was so damn angry with him for leaving me. I used to pretend he was still around. Today, I believe he still is. It's been 52 YEARS now since he's been gone, but I still keep his memory alive. Not just his, but my mom's, grandparents, relatives and of course, my dear friends.

For me, I create photo collages and sometimes lifestories. I believe each photograph I have has a story captured in a single moment. So I capture the moment.

For you, I hope you can find something in this list that will help you to remember and keep remembering through the years.

I hope this will help you Alexandra. . .my dear friend.

Please add on to these.

1) Share your memories with friends and family and get them to share theirs too. You may learn things that you didn't know about your loved one.

2) Leave memorial flowers at your church, or another special spot such as the beach.

3) Create a memory box containing special items that belonged to you and your loved one. Place little notes in it with special memories on.

4) Put notes into a box with a lock on it. Place messages into this box and write things down which you wish you had said to your loved one before they passed away.

5) Make a collage of all your favorite photographs of your loved one and put it up on the wall where you can look at it anytime you like.

6) Honor your loved one's favorite tradition.

7) Create a new tradition in remembrance of your loved one. For example you could light a candle and listen to your loved one's favorite music on the 20th day of every month.

8) Hang a stocking at Christmas containing lots of loving memories of your loved one.

9) Gather your friends and family together in celebration of your loved one. Perhaps throw a remembrance party on the anniversary of their death.

10) Light a candle in your loved one's memory.

11) Make a memory book of photos and memoirs of your loved one.

12) Donate money to a charity, or donate your time to help those less fortunate than you.

13) Wear a photo pin of your loved one or put their picture into a locket to treasure always.

14) Start a memorial trust or scholarship fund for your loved one.

15) Write a poem or a story about your loved one (Create a LifeStory)

16) Visit a place that you used to like going to together. Remember the good times you had there.

17) Hang a special bauble or ornament from the Christmas tree.

18) Plant a tree in memorial of your loved one. Place a plaque next to the tree with a message on it.

19) Listen to your loved ones favorite music.

20) Cook your loved ones favorite meal and think of them while you are eating it.

21) Make a memorial quilt in your loved ones memory. You could even make it out of their old clothes.

22) Release balloons with friends and family in memory of your loved one. Perhaps attach little notes onto the balloons with messages on them.

23) Visit your loved one's resting place often and take flowers to leave at their grave.

24) Name a pet of even your next child after your loved one.

25) Plant a memory garden for your loved one, plant their favorite flowers and trees and every time you are tending to it you will remember your loved one.

26) Write a letter to your lost loved one, tell them everything you are missing about them and everything that you learned from them.

27) If you are hosting an event such as a wedding or christening, do something to remember your loved one at that special time, to show how much you wish they could be there with you. Perhaps light a candle or hold a few moments silence in their memory.

28) Wear a piece of jewelry which belonged to your loved one, whenever you look at it, you will remember them.

29) On special occasions, such as birthdays or Christmas, buy a gift for your loved one and then donate it to someone who needs it, such as a homeless person. It will make their day as well as yours.
30) Put a bench in your garden, or in the cemetery garden with a plaque on it which says in memory of your loved one and a few words about them.

Remember you were loved all through your life's journey. . .and you loved them right back.

Peace Today Movie http://www.MakeADifference.com/movies

Peace is the promise I make today
There's nothing greater for me to say
Than to lay down my fears
Lay down unhappiness
And surrender to
The peace I choose today

Peace is the gift that I give today
No easy shortcut, Peace is the way
I will lay down my pride
Lay down self-righteousness
And surrender to
The peace I choose today

My all, I give My love for all

Peace is the reason we're here today
No accident, we've been by name
Called to lay down our lives
Stand up for greater good
And surrender to the peace we choose today

Peace, we choose - today
Peace, we bring - today
Peace, we live oh-today

Peace today

Grace - Anthony Kearns

"As we gather in the chapel here in old Kilmainham Jail
I think about these past few weeks, oh will they say we've failed?
From our school days they have told us we must yearn for liberty
Yet all I want in this dark place is to have you here with me

Oh Grace just hold me in your arms and let this moment linger
They'll take me out at dawn and I will die
With all my love I place this wedding ring upon your finger
There won't be time to share our love for we must say goodbye

Now I know it's hard for you my love to ever understand
The love I bare for these brave men, the love for my dear land
But when Pádraic called me to his side down in the GPO
I had to leave my own sick bed, to him I had to go

Oh, Grace just hold me in your arms and let this moment linger
They'll take me out at dawn and I will die
With all my love I'll place this wedding ring upon your finger
There won't be time to share our love for we must say goodbye

Now as the dawn is breaking, my heart is breaking too
On this May morn as I walk out, my thoughts will be of you
And I'll write some words upon the wall so everyone will know
I loved so much that I could see his blood upon the rose.

Oh, Grace just hold me in your arms and let this moment linger
They'll take me out at dawn and I will die
With all my love I'll place this wedding ring upon your finger
There won't be time to share our love for we must say goodbye...
For we must say goodbye"
