Matthew West - Save A Place For Me (Official Music Video)
Don't be mad if I cry
It just hurts so bad sometimes
'Cause everyday it's sinking in
And I have to say goodbye all over again
You know I bet it feels good to have the weight of this world off your shoulders now
I'm dreaming of the day when I'm finally there with you
Save a place for me
Save a place for me
I'll be there soon
I'll be there soon
Save a place for me
Save some grace for me
I'll be there soon
I'll be there soon
I have asked the question why
But I guess the answer's for another time
So instead I'll pray with every tear
And be thankful for the time I had you here
And I wanna live my life just like you did
Make the most of my time just like you did
And I wanna make my home up in the sky
Just like you did
Oh, but until I get there
Until I get there

Create gifts with special events on them. Or create a collage and have them printed on gifts to either be sold, given away or as a fundraiser. The possibilities are endless. Check it out. Let me know what you think. Ideas? Thoughts? Suggestions. Let's work together on this one for a community kindness event. I'd love to hear from you.

Singing To Your Loved One.
Every morning my husband and I sing a favorite song to each other. We choose the song the night before. When I woke up this morning, here's the song "my Tark" sang to me. He has such a beautiful voice. You would never know he's sick. He is truly my soulmate. Try singing to your loved ones in the morning. . .cleanses the soul and brings sunshine to your day.
Here's the lyrics:
"A," you're adorable, "B," you're so beautiful,
"C," you're a cutie full of charms.
"D," you're a darling and "E," you're exciting
And "F," you're a feather in my arms.
"G," you look good to me, "H," you're so heavenly,
"I," you're the one I idolize.
"J," we're like Jack and Jill, "K," you're so kissable,
"L," is the lovelight in your eyes.
"M," "N," "O," "P," I could go on all day.
"Q," "R," "S," "T," alphabetically speaking, you're OK.
U," made my life complete, "V," means you're very sweet,
Double-"U" "X" "Y" "Zee."
It's fun to wander through the alphabet with you
To tell you what you mean to me.
(repeat the chorus)

"Man Cold" from Man Stroke Woman
This is funny about a "Man Cold", but brutally true. Ladies. . .watch this!
Could You Live On $511 A Month?
Hey everyone, this is where I live!!!
Harrison, Ark. -- Could you live on $511 a month? If you had to, how would you handle it?
More than 130 people found out a little bit about that when they went through a Poverty Simulation exercise at the L.E. "Gene" Durand Center inside the North Arkansas College Center Campus.
Spearheaded by the Boone County Resource Council, what was called "a virtual experience of life on the edge" led 135 people into a world most had never experienced firsthand.

Johnny Carson - Jimmy Stewart - Beau Poem
Beau
He never came to me when I would call
Unless I had a tennis ball,
Or he felt like it,
But mostly he didn't come at all.
When he was young
He never learned to heel
Or sit or stay,
He did things his way.
Discipline was not his bag
But when you were with him things sure didn't drag.
He'd dig up a rosebush just to spite me,
And when I'd grab him, he'd turn and bite me.
He bit lots of folks from day to day,
The delivery boy was his favorite prey.
The gas man wouldn't read our meter,
He said we owned a real man-eater.
He set the house on fire
But the story's long to tell.
Suffice it to say that he survived
And the house survived as well.
On the evening walks, and Gloria took him,
He was always first out the door.
The Old One and I brought up the rear
Because our bones were sore.
He would charge up the street with Mom hanging on,
What a beautiful pair they were!
And if it was still light and the tourists were out,
They created a bit of a stir.
But every once in a while, he would stop in his tracks
And with a frown on his face look around.
It was just to make sure that the Old One was there
And would follow him where he was bound.
We are early-to-bedders at our house--
I guess I'm the first to retire.
And as I'd leave the room he'd look at me
And get up from his place by the fire.
He knew where the tennis balls were upstairs,
And I'd give him one for a while.
He would push it under the bed with his nose
And I'd fish it out with a smile.
And before very long
He'd tire of the ball
And be asleep in his corner
In no time at all.
And there were nights when I'd feel him
Climb upon our bed
And lie between us, And I'd pat his head.
And there were nights when I'd feel this stare
And I'd wake up and he'd be sitting there
And I reach out my hand and stroke his hair.
And sometimes I'd feel him sigh
and I think I know the reason why.
He would wake up at night
And he would have this fear
Of the dark, of life, of lots of things,
And he'd be glad to have me near.
And now he's dead.
And there are nights when I think I feel him
Climb upon our bed and lie between us,
And I pat his head.
And there are nights when I think
I feel that stare
And I reach out my hand to stroke his hair,
But he's not there.
Oh, how I wish that wasn't so,
I'll always love a dog named Beau.

Maria Mckee - Show me Heaven (Romantic version)
There you go
Flashing fever from your eyes
Hey babe, come over here and shut down tight
I'm not denying
We're flying above it all ... See More
Hold my hand, don't let me fall
You've such amazing grace
I've never felt this way
Show me heaven
Cover me
Leave me breathless
Show me heaven please
Here I go
I'm shaking just like breeze
Hey babe I need your hand to steady me
I'm not denying
I'm frightened as much as you
Though I'm barely touching you
I've shivers down my spine
And it feels divine
Show me heaven
Cover me
Leave me breathless
Show me heaven please
If you know what it's like
To dream a dream
Baby hold me tight
And let this be your...heaven
Cover me
Leave me breathless
Show me heaven please
Flashing fever from your eyes
Hey babe, come over here and shut down tight
I'm not denying
We're flying above it all ... See More
Hold my hand, don't let me fall
You've such amazing grace

Show me heaven

US National Anthem drowned out by cheers at 91 NHL All Star Game
A reminder of what makes US such a great country!!!
Wayne Messmer sings the National Anthem at Chicago Stadium during the '91 NHL All-Star game, days after the U.S. went into Iraq at the start of the Gulf War. He is nearly drowned out by the crowd.
This was broadcast live to the troops in the Middle East, and Gen. Norman Schwarzkopf reportedly played a tape of this to his soldiers to fire them up and to assure them of the support of the American people.
